About the Role:
Our client is looking for a skilled IFS Support Analyst to join their team and play a key role in supporting and enhancing the IFS ERP environment. The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of technical troubleshooting ability and functional knowledge across core business areas, with hands-on experience customizing IFS dashboards and user interfaces.
You will:
- Provide comprehensive support for Level 1, 2, and 3 help desk tickets related to the IFS ERP system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues across Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing modules
- Customize and maintain dashboards, including configuration of events, fields, logical units, and lobbies to support business needs
- Work closely with end users to gather requirements and implement system enhancements
- Document resolutions, create support materials, and contribute to process improvement initiatives
Note: In addition to the above job responsibilities, other duties may be assigned
You bring:
- Proven experience supporting IFS ERP in a help desk or support analyst capacity (Level 1–3)
- Functional understanding of Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing within IFS
- Hands-on experience customizing IFS dashboards, events, logical units, fields, and lobbies
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
- Experience with IFS Apps 10
