About the Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced IFS ERP Business Systems Analyst to enhance and support our customers IFS ERP environment. This role is tasked to ensure IFS usability, functionality and efficiency across the organization.
You will:
- Become a trusted internal consultant by fully understanding the client’s business, collaborate with business units and the IT Director to enhance and refine business processes within IFS
- Demonstrate logical, rigorous, and analytical problem-solving approach, assess business processes, requirements gathering, document observations, and develop, test, and implement solutions
- Mentoring and skill development of end users on the IFS system Provide support to end users for application usage and troubleshooting
- Oversee third-party planning, development, and deployment initiatives
- Design, develop, and implement new features and customizations in the IFS ERP system
- Create and manage internal customizations in IFS, including custom menus, fields, logical units, lobbies, and events
- Efficiently manage customizations and configurations through IFS package management
- Administer IFS user accounts, application security, and profiles
You bring:
- Experience with management, enhancement, and administration within IFS ERP
- Experience with Oracle is necessary to facilitate customization development
- A solid understanding of IFS ERP system architecture, modules, and workflows
- Experience developing IFS reports using SSRS, Quick Reports, and operational reporting
- Familiarity with the design, construction, testing, and troubleshooting of system modifications
- Experience with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Customer Service, Order Management, and Quality are particularly advantageous
