About the Role:
The IFS ERP Finance Analyst will act as a key liaison between the finance department and the IT team, focusing on the implementation and support of the IFS ERP system. This role requires in-depth knowledge of finance processes, IFS ERP functionality, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. The ideal candidate will provide expertise in finance modules, including costing, consolidations, general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, fixed assets, and financial reporting, ensuring the IFS ERP system meets the business needs.
You will:
- Subject Matter Expert of IFS ERP Finance and Accounting
- Analyze and understand finance-related business processes, identify process optimization opportunities and champion executing enhancements
- Train users and provide ongoing support for IFS ERP system updates and enhancements.
- Mentoring and skill development of end users on the IFS system for Finance and Accounting, supporting and resolving tickets associated with these module functionality
Note: In addition to the above job responsibilities, other duties may be assigned
You bring:
- Functional expertise with IFS Finance – AR/AP/GL, costing and consolidations, balance sheets, posting controls, and etc.
- Strong experience with IFS ERP systems, particularly in Finance Modules, experience with implementations/upgrades
- Solid understanding of finance principles and business processes
- Experience with IFS 9 or 10, relevant hands-on experience as an IFS user
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Proven track record in leading ERP-related projects within finance, experience managing outsourced partners/vendors
